A reprint set based on a collection of herbs from the 1600s: Tarragon, Mint, French Parsley, Oregano, Bay and Rosemary.
The original engravings were published over 400 years ago in a publication compiling ancient medicinal plants. This was overseen by an Italian doctor who set out to be the supreme authority on herbal medicine.
This set is available as a full set of 6 - or singles -with each herb framed in either a camel or dusky pink mount and gold-leaf mouldings.
All our reproduction collections are limited in number and originate from antiques specially sourced by Petri Prints.
