If an item is faulty or damaged, we will of course look into this for you. For print-on-demand items, our printing supplier may need images of the issue before doing a reprint or refund. If an order is lost we would need you to confirm the address is correct and we would try and locate the order. If this cannot be located our printing supplier would then offer a reprint or refund.
