Refund policy
For website reprint collections
On the rare occasion an item purchased off our website is lost or damaged, replacement framing will be organised or a full refund will be provided.
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from our website for any other reason and wish to return it, please get in contact within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return your prints via recorded postage. The condition of return is that these items are packaged very well, using the original wrapping and box. Return postage costs are the responsibility of you, the buyer. On receipt of your returned goods, we will arrange refund within 14 days.
For bespoke commissions and antiques
We do not offer returns for bespoke commissions or antiques, but on any occasion that a bespoke item is lost or damaged, replacement framing will be organised or a full refund will be provided.
