A charming set of farm animals directly based on antique hand painted textiles we sourced for our own archive. The prints in this special collection are detailed enough to show the beautiful, linen-like surface texture and aged patina found on the original fabric artwork. Included in the full set is a duck (with its duckling), a horse (with a chick), a cow (with a milking stool) and a pig (with its piglet).
Each animal is hand framed in a double accent mount (either a speckled off white, or a dusky aquatic blue - both with an oxide red accent). Framed in beautiful, weighty, antique gold mouldings that have a patterned profile.
These would be beautiful in a children's bedroom, nursery, snug, powder room or boot room.
