The Blue-Framed Ferns

£785.00

A colourful take on more traditionally-framed fern prints, with decoratively shaped mount openings and pops of pale, pastel blue - and orange. This reprint set is directly based on a series of antique fern lithographs from the mid 1800s depicting a variety of botanical forms.

The main mount has a soft textured surface, pairing perfectly with the little flash of tangerine bordering the mount's scalloped aperture - finished with a playful ridged moulding that’s been very slightly stained in pastel blue. This set would work well in both modern and traditional interiors spaces, but could be particularly fun hung as whole sets in kitchens or bathrooms and beautiful hung as smaller arrangements in cosy bedrooms.

Available as a full set of 8, a curated set of 6, curated set of 4 and singles. The beauty of sets is that they can be arranged as tight (or loose) as you like. But to give you an idea of the space a set might take up on the wall - a set of 8 hung with small gaps between each frame might take up approx 115x72cm. And a set of 6 might take up approx 86x72cm.

All our reprint collections are limited in number and originate directly from antiques personally sourced by Petri Prints.
