A charming collection of pufferfish reprints, directly based on natural history antiques from the early 1800s. Pufferfish have long fascinated naturalists (and art collectors) with their unique characteristics - being able to inflate into a ball shape to evade predators.
Our collection is hand framed in a trio of accent mount colours: putty, terracotta and slate blue. With linen main mounts and open-grain olive green mouldings.
Available as a full set of 9, a curated set of 6, a curated set of 4 and singles. To order a pair for £220, please add the code PUFFERPAIR at the checkout.
All our reprint collections are limited in number and originate directly from antiques personally sourced by Petri Prints.
