The Seasonal Seafood Chart

£125.00

A wonderfully fun seasonal seafood chart, directly based on a rare 1800s lithograph listing 28 types of seafood and the months of the year in which they're in season. Types of seafood documented include: oysters, lobsters, salmon, crab, cockles and mackerel - many with their old english wording.

The table is surrounded by a charming pistachio chequerboard pattern which has been professionally printed on the same paper as the chart (the pattern of which originally derives from a 'master pattern', block-printed by Rosie via hand).

Hand framed in a speckled off white mount and burgundy, open-grain, wooden frame. This would of course be perfect on kitchen walls, but would also work well in a study or loo.

All our reprint collections are limited in number and originate directly from antiques personally sourced by Petri Prints.
